Hello Dollies

These bars are super simple to make, only have a few ingredients and are SO delicious! You’ll want to make them again and again!

I remember having a Hello Dolly at my Aunt Robyn’s house for the first time, and being completely hooked! I couldn’t forget them! They were the perfect bar. Easy, simple ingredients and insanely good! Since then I’ve made this recipe countless times and have tried it with different candies and chocolate combinations, all options have been delicious! I love this M&M Magic Bar version HERE, or doing holiday bars and adding in holiday candy! This classic Hello Dolly recipe is so good to have in your pocket and make it as is, or can be used as a great base to help you make your own unique bars by switching up the chocolates and candy. A must have recipe really!

They are so easy to make! I like to line my 9X13 pan with pre cut parchment paper so it is even easier to cut them and faster clean up too! Mix up the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter then press into parchment lined pan, then just start layering the remaining ingredients. Finish by pouring the whole can of sweetened condensed milk over everything and bake them until the coconut is golden. Let cool! The thing I love about this recipe is you can adjust the quantity of ingredients depending on how much you like that individual ingredient! Love coconut, add more!

This is the easy-bake type of recipe that everyone can make, even young kids! Little Liv even helped when she was younger!

This recipe sometimes are called 7 Layer Bars or Magic Bars too.

They all have these ingredients:

You might already have all these ingredients in your pantry!

If you make them you’ll be hooked on these bars just like my family and I are. Trust me!

Notes

-I love making this exactly as noted above!  I also like making it with M&Ms, different chocolates or candies.  It’s fun to switch up the “7 layers” on these delicious bars by adding nuts, more chocolate or candy.  Check out my M&M Magic Bars linked above for an example!
-These bars are just as good or maybe even better the next day once they totally set.
