Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper or spray pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Press into prepared pan.
- Cover with chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and pecans (if using) evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over top evenly.
- Drizzle entire can of sweetened condensed milk over bars.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate and pecans (if using) on the top if desired for the bakery style look.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool in pan before cutting into pieces.
Notes
-I love making this exactly as noted above! I also like making it with M&Ms, different chocolates or candies. It's fun to switch up the "7 layers" on these delicious bars by adding nuts, more chocolate or candy. Check out my M&M Magic Bars linked above for an example!
