Rainbow Rice Krispie Treats

This post may contain affiliate links, but all opinions are my own.

These rice krispie treats are bright and tasty!  These are not only easy and delicious, but perfect for March, and a cereal-sly fun take-see what I did there!-on a classic cereal treat.

These treats are the perfect mix of marshmallow krispie goodness and the perfect slight amount of fruity-ness! I love the texture that the whole mini marshmallows make too! A fun extra surprise of fluffiness and sweetness to go along with the tart, tang from the fruity pebbles!

The mix of mini marshmallows and Fruity Pebbles are the perfect additions to traditional regular rice krispie treats.

This also makes for a perfect treat for March or St. Patrick’s Day!

Here are some of my Rice Krispie Treat Tips:

-Prepare everything before you melt the butter and marshmallows. I’m talking spray the pan, measure the cereal, get everything ready. Things happen so fast once the marshmallows are the right temperature. It comes together so easily if you’re ready.

-DON’T overcook the marshmallows. This makes for tough and firm rice krispie treats not fluffy and soft.

-I love to spray my spatula (favorite set found here) with non stick spray and press it down flat in pan, or you can wash your hands and while they are slightly damp press down your cereal treats.

I got the recipe from Anna Macfarlane on Instagram.  So be sure to show her some love!
