Ingredients
Method
- Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar to the mixing bowl and beat with the butter. Mix until smooth.
- Mix in the graham cracker crumbs-if you prefer it more crunchy add the full 2 C. if you like it more smooth try about 1 1/2 C.
- I use a cookie scoop to form my peanut butter balls, place them on a baking sheet covered in aluminum foil. Then pop them in the freezer while you melt the chocolate chips.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening in 15 second intervals. Grab your peanut butter balls and a fork and go in back and forth motion to make a drizzle with the melted chocolate. You can also use a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with a small snip of the corner. I've tried dipping them all in chocolate and that's amazing, but the drizzle is so fast!
- Keep in freezer or refrigerator before serving. Try not to eat them all!
Notes
-I've tried doubling this recipe and even quadrupling and it works amazingly and always gets eaten up at my gatherings.
-You can choose how much graham cracker crumbs to add in, if you prefer them to be creamier add less graham crackers and if you prefer crunchier add more.
