Back to school has always been a fun time of year full of anticipation and a new fresh start! Except for this year. haha! My little Olivia, my oldest daughter, started kindergarten and ever since August hit I’ve been a bag of emotions and worry! It’s been quite the month! When I tell you I finally understand what everyone says about moms with kindergarteners and how hard that first day is, i get it! Luckily we are starting to get in a groove with school and Liv is really starting to enjoy it! I’m so glad!

One of the biggest things that has sped up that process is Liv’s adorable teacher! We are loving how fun and kind she is. Liv always tells me how similar her and her teacher are and it’s so adorable, same likes, looks, so many things! We wanted to start this year out right with a fun gift for her new teacher.

I love that you can pair this tag with anything sweet: an item from a local bakery, their favorite treats (because you already know them from THIS post, with the free Get to Know You/Favorite Things Printable), school supplies, or a gift card to Target I’m pretty sure every teacher loves Target!

Wrap it up with a cute ribbon, or pack a fun basket with a few different items and attach this sweet tag! 😉 Or you could even just attach it to one small bag of candy or candy bar and call it good! Easy, cheap and thoughtful!

I got this adorable apple basket in the Target Dollar Spot and filled it with a few fun options of candy for Liv’s teacher.

Liv was so adorable giving it to her teacher at her Kindergarten Assessment a few days before her first day. She loves to give others treats just like her momma! haha

Don’t forget to grab the Get to Know You/Favorite Things printable to find out your teachers, friends or families favorite things!

If you’d like the FREE printable for ‘This year is going to be sweet!’ you can find it HERE! I left a small blank spot at the bottom of the tag to be able to write who it’s from. Find more back to school fun over on Instagram!
