While I’m finishing off our grilling favorites I have to add our grilled corn. It’s simple but so delicious! I realize this is more of a method than a recipe so I get it! Our girls love it and so do we! Here are some things you might need for some grilling adventures: a grill, a meat thermometer, and skewers. Grilled Corn
Ingredients
- corn
- salt and pepper
- butter
Instructions
- Break off part of the stem of corn and peel back carefully some of the leaves to pull out the corn hair, do not detach leaves. Replace leaves in normal position once corn hair is removed.
- Soak in bowl of water for 10 minutes.
- Put in preheated grill until leaves are slightly brown/black. Remove from grill and carefully pull back hot leaves. Add butter, salt and pepper.
