Grilled Corn

Ingredients
  

  • corn
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • Break off part of the stem of corn and peel back carefully some of the leaves to pull out the corn hair, do not detach leaves. Replace leaves in normal position once corn hair is removed.
  • Soak in bowl of water for 10 minutes.
  • Put in preheated grill until leaves are slightly brown/black.  Remove from grill and carefully pull back hot leaves.  Add butter, salt and pepper.
