Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 9x13 baking dish by lightly spraying non stick cooking spray and lining with parchment paper.
Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Mix together until combined. Press into prepared pan.
Sprinkle shredded coconut over crust.
Followed by milk, semi sweet, white chocolate chips and M&Ms.
Drizzle entire can of sweetened condensed milk over bars.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Sprinkle extra M&Ms on the top for extra color.
Let cool in pan before cutting into pieces.
