Wash and cut peaches in half, remove pit. Decide if you want grill marks on your peaches.* Add a small amount of butter and brown sugar to the middle of each peach and place peach skin side down in preheated grill.
Cook until butter and brown sugar is melted.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream.
**Can grill top of peach (flesh side down) first if you’d like grill marks but it is not needed.**
