Grilled Peaches

Every time we cook dinner on the grill we try to grill some fruit too, either peaches or pineapple for dessert! It is so simple and SO insanely delicious! Probably too simple for a recipe honestly, but here we are. haha Some things that you might need for this recipe, specifically for grilling, are: a grill (You don’t need a super fancy one just a good quality one!), a meat thermometer, skewers if you’re making our favorite grilled chicken and veggies recipe!

Here’s our version of Grilled Peaches!

Grilled Peaches

Warm, sweet peaches straight from the grill.

Ingredients

  • Peaches cut in half with pit removed
  • brown sugar
  • butter
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • Wash and cut peaches in half, remove pit.  Decide if you want grill marks on your peaches.* Add a small amount of butter and brown sugar to the middle of each peach and place peach skin side down in preheated grill. 
  • Cook until butter and brown sugar is melted. 
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream. 
  • **Can grill top of peach (flesh side down) first if you’d like grill marks but it is not needed.**

Notes

-We also love to grill pineapple!  It is so delicious alone or with a little bit of brown sugar!
