A special sweet treat to celebrate the graduates in your life, from preschool to college these candy graduation caps are sure to be a sweet ending to a such a special time in everyones life!

You’ll need a few things to make these candy caps including: Ghirardelli Squares (I love the caramel), Miniature Reese’s Cups, M&Ms, Airheads Extremes, and chocolate chips.

I’ve made them so many times I’ve found a process that works out really well! I prep everything and put them in their own bowl, melt the chocolate chips in its own bowl (these bowls are my favorite for microwaving chocolate), cut the Airheads Xtremes strips into the specific color and length that fits for a tassel with a sharp knife, and unwrap the candy.

I’ve even matched the color to one of the school colors that the graduate is coming from. Making it extra special! So fun for graduation parties or gifts for grads, more on that later!

I also love the look of all the different colors too!

I love to use them on top of cupcakes, but how cute would they be on top of a cake or on cake pops sticks (how cool is this set, it comes with the sticks, bags, ties and a display stand for the pops).

Something about pairing them with rainbow sprinkles just shouts party! Graduating definitely deserves a party!

I’ve put them on white chocolate raspberry cream cheese cucpcakes, funfetti cupcakes, and even loaded cookies! Recipes coming!

Love achieving a basic swirl with a large round piping tip (this set has 2A the exact piping tip I always use and several others of my favorites).

They really are the sweetest little ending to new beginnings!

I’ve been making them for so many years I’ve lost track of all the candy caps I’ve made! I think the first time I made them was for my nieces preschool graduation! She is such a sweetie and has grown so much since then!

Last year I also made them for Liv’s preschool graduation!

I did do a really nice and easy time saver hack and bought some vanilla cupcakes and topped them with the candy graduation caps. It made this simple treat even easier!

You can get them from your closest grocery store, bakery or make a batch of your favorite cupcakes at home!

They make a fun little treat for graduates too! I love to give them in these individual cupcake containers.

I even used them as a topper on my Loaded Peanut Butter Cookies for Dallin’s Graduation Party when he graduated with his Masters. I thought it worked really well with the peanut butter cup cap.

Such a fun treat to end the school year no matter the age of the school go-er!
